Ok Moon is a collaborative project between Dustin TebbuttLANKSHayden Calnin and Xavier Dunn which deals in raw and colourful stories of the heart woven through cinematic pop songs.

The first offering from the forthcoming album is “Loved You Right”.

Ok Moon discuss the process behind the track.
““Loved You Right” began with all of us huddled around a piano, murmuring some sort of a sentence which rang “If I only loved you right”. From there we started surrounding those chants with acoustic guitars and some bass, which turned the song musically into something a bit more playful than what we may have intended, but it felt right in that world. Lyrically, “Loved You Right” starts as an exploration of regret and getting stuck on the what if’s that can be attached to lost relationships or past decisions. As the song progresses however, it becomes more of an admission and celebration of our flaws as humans.”

“Loved You Right” is the first single from Ok Moon’s forthcoming album which has been two years in the making. The self-produced release is a combination of four different voices rolling into one, fuelled by a rare creative chemistry and respect for each other. The resulting album is a lush sonic landscape that sways between intimate pianos, yearning guitars and driving electronics.
