The Rolling Stones’ seminal Sticky Fingers album is celebrating its 50th anniversary (yikes!) TODAY and Empire Touring and TEG Live are thrilled to announce two more shows on The Stones’ Sticky Fingers Tour following sold out shows on the Gold Coast and Brisbane last weekend.

Following the Palais Theatre show selling out last week, a 2nd show on Sunday, 18 July has been added to tour.

A new show has also been added at Anita’s Theatre in Thirroul NSW on Thursday, 29 July. Tickets for both shows go on sale at 10.00am on Friday, 30 April.

With COVID restrictions being eased in New South Wales, additional tickets for the previously sold out, early show and the late show on Friday, 30 July at the Enmore Theatre in Sydney have also been put on sale.

Magic Dirt’s AdalitaGrinspoon’s Phil JamiesonThe Cruel Sea’s Tex Perkinsand You Am I’s Tim Rogers will be performing the Sticky Fingers album in full as well as some of The Stones’ greatest hits in a COVIDSafe, rock ‘n roll celebration.

Leading the The Stones’ Sticky Fingers Tour backing band is guitar virtuoso, Jak Housden (The Whitlams / The Badloves / Tim Minchin), with Dario Bortolin (Baby Animals) on bass, Hamish Stuart (Ayres Rock / Don Walker) on the drums, Clayton Doley (Jimmy Barnes / The Mighty Reapers) on keys and up and coming local guitar hero, James Christowski on guitars.

Fans are also strongly advised to use the official ticket links and not to buy tickets from so called “reselling” websites such as Viagogo who typically advertise heavily online and often mislead consumers into paying much higher prices than necessary for tickets that may turn out to be fake.
