Support Pop Evil
Release New Music Video
March 27, 2018
Alt-hard rock heavyweights Red Bee will release the new music video for ‘Chasing Shadows’ – the 3rd single from their latest album ‘Silent Enemy’ – ahead of a short run of special NSW shows in March, April and May.
The music video for ‘Chasing Shadows’ was shot in their hometown Katoomba at the Roxy Room, Hotel Gearin, last December; the final show of a 12 date Eastern States tour Red Bee embarked upon to support the initial release of ‘Silent Enemy’.
It was a legendary evening that saw a rapturous response from the loyal, unhinged audience packing the venue for the band’s dynamite performance.
Red Bee will return to Hotel Gearin this Saturday. March 30 to bid farewell to their beloved local venue, which will sadly close its doors the following day, and make sure they go out with a bang with this final event.
Jim Silk (bass): “Blue Mountains hometown shows are different than anywhere else we play. The raw energy, intimate venues and untamed audiences make them unforgettable. For our latest clip we wanted to try and capture this and what a better song than ‘Chasing Shadows’ to deliver the goods.”
On Saturday, April 6, Red Bee will support larger-than-life US rock ‘n’ roll band Pop Evil at The Metro Theatre, Sydney. And on Friday, May 1, the band will hit the stage of the Crowbar, Sydney, supporting innovative progressive 3-piece band The Omnific (Melbourne) for the launch of their latest EP.
