Friday, June 21st, Sydney’s young, emerging artist, Gia returns to The Newsagency to perform an exclusive, live and untamed set with a modern, eclectic twist.

Born with music flowing through her veins, GIA is a passionate, young emerging artist and multi – instrumentalist from Sydney, Australia.

GIA’s music speaks of life well beyond her years, combining eclectic, pop – rock, indie genres with honest, heartfelt lyrics about love, loss and the rollercoaster of life. At 20 years old, she already has an entire album consisting of thirteen songs under her belt, performed and worked with some of Australia’s most idolised artists and musicians and supported many non profit organisations by participating in their events on the regular and hosting concerts to raise funds for research. Her latest release, ‘My Way Home’ is a great example of how Gia loves to experiment and bring you fresh sounds, combining tribal rhythms with a chanting chorus line. This song is your anthem for when you need warmth and direction.
