Fast forward 6 weeks and you’ll be in beautiful Berry, cracking open a bottle of icy cold bubbly and settling onto your picnic rug as you head in to Summer with some of the most exciting acts touring the world right now.

But the tunes are just one ingredient of this tantalising Berry pie. Add a dash of family friendly activities, along with a scoop of mouth-watering food offerings and you have yourself one indulgent weekend of family fun in the picture-perfect South Coast.

ANNOUNCING LITTLE FAIRGROUNDS

BUNNY RACKET • THE STICKER CLUB • KIKI AND PASCAL • KRAZY KOALA • LITTLE ROCKERS JAM TENT • SILENT DISCO • KERBSIDE COLLECTIVE • CIRCUS WORKS + MORE

Need more convincing that Fairgrounds is the perfect family vacay? Enter Little Fairgrounds, the pint-sized festival within a festival. It’s a kid’s dream, designed with music-loving parents and their offspring in mind. From epic bands and awesome activities to some super cool workshops – the kiddos will never want to leave.

Bunny Racket

Mini-moshers will love the music on offer – including Bunny Racket, our punk rock thumper pal who’s sure to turn the party up a notch! ABC Kids’ newest superstars The Sticker Club will also take to the stage with their 60s cartoon pop stylings. The band includes Nic Dalton (formerly of The Lemonheads, Rat Cat and The Hummingbirds) and Alison Galloway of 90s indie pop band Smudge. Young music aficionados and their parents will be stoked!

Krazy Koala Puppet Show are bringing all your favourite Aussie animals and their friends to life with their special blend of singing, dancing, storytelling, musical instruments and plenty of laughter.

Hilda the circus grade Hills Hoist will lend her frame to Eddie and Eliza as they take the audience on a journey to discover the REAL story behind this iconic invention during Kerbside Collective.

Then there’s the Kiki and Pascal show, described as the funniest love story of all time and the “best show” that actress Emma Thompson has ever seen. This show is full of singing, juggling, contortion, interactive comedy and acrobats! It has to be seen to be believed.

If you’ve got a mini Liam Gallagher or Meg Mac on your hands, check them in to the Australian Children’s Music Foundation’s Little Rockers Jam Tent for some real-life School of Rock action! Fairgrounds is proud to have partnered with ACMF and support the amazing work they do in creating the next generation of music legends.

And when you need some peace and quiet, there’s the silent disco. Little dudes and divas can jam out under the laser lights with their own set of wireless headphones. Hands up for quiet clubbing!

Activities

All the crowd faves will be there too including the trike track for under 6’s, a giant obstacle course, craft activities, a jumping castle, sports arena and everyone’s favourite, Games on the Green! Let your inner child run free with hula hoop battles, donut eating races and more! And when it’s time to cool down take a dip in the Fairgrounds swimming pool (which is actually the 19m Berry town pool) – patrolled and suitable for all ages.

Got plans with a Babe (Rainbow)? Fairgrounds child minding service is here to save the day! Bookings of up to 90 minutes can be made with our experienced carers for kids aged from 1 to 6. This means parents can dance, drink and dine child-free! Booking ahead is recommended as spaces are limited.

Got teenage kids in tow? Fairgrounds is excited to offer its first ever Youth Ticket, offering reduced prices for Festival Entry for kids 13-17 years old in the company of a Parent or responsible adult. Combined with super affordable prices for Kids 12 and Under, that means lots of extra dosh for merch (or merlot).
