FARMER & THE OWL FESTIVAL 2020

SPIN CITY LIVE Q & A SESSIONS WITH ROSIE BEATON

SET TIMES + FOOD STALLS

February 20, 2020

Farmer & The Owl Festival is set to kick off in just over a week’s time, and this year the festival will be presenting a run of live Q & A sessions throughout the day at the Spin City Record Fair.

Hosted by Rosie Beaton, who spent 10 years as host of triple j’s Super Request program, as well as triple j Unearthed, Double J, ABC 702 and the Billboard Show Qantas.

The sessions will feature in-depth interviews with Bad//Dreems, Cable Ties, Press Club & Hot Chip.

Patrons will also have the opportunity to send through their own hard-hitting questions in the lead up to the festival, so keep your eyes peeled on the Farmer & The Owl Festival Facebook page to stay updated on when the question hotline opens!

To ensure you beat the crowds and get front row position for your fave (or soon-to-be fave) band, you can peruse the set times here and plan your day.

Looking for something to munch on while you’re discovering your new favourite band? You definitely won’t be hard pressed for choice as you trawl the food stalls, from Venezuelan to Balinese, American-style barbeque and local plant-based delights, they have all continents covered.

Local foodie favs Balinese Spice Magic, 2 Smoking Barrels, Diego’s Donuts, Plant-Powered Coco’s, Delano Coffee, and Samara’s, will join out of towners Twist Potato & Yans Asian Catering.

The soundtrack for Spin City will be provided by the indie labels selling their wares at the Record Fair, with Spunk Records, Third Eye Stimuli, Rice Is Nice, Sweat It Out, Bargain Bin and Elefant Tracks hitting the decks for your listening pleasure.
